Slutskaya wins figure skating Grand Prix final
TOKYO, Japan - Russia's Irina Slutskaya performs during the women's final Feb. 17 in the International Skate Union Grand Prix final competition at Yoyogi national gymnasium in Tokyo. Slutskaya beat Michelle Kwan of the United States in a head-to-head duel to win the title for the second straight year.
