Fujimori raps Peru's resolution

TOKYO, Japan - Deposed Peruvian President Alberto Fujimori (in file photo) has denounced the recent adoption by Peru's Congress of a resolution stripping him of the right to run for public office for 10 years on grounds he failed to execute his duties as president. In a letter to Kyodo News early this week, Fujimori described the move as ''a political sanction.''
