Mori iterates gov't will draft emergency response laws
YOKOSUKA, Japan - Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori reiterates the government's intention to draft war contingency legislation to prepare for emergencies in Japan. ''It (legislation) must be prepared well in times of peace and the government will proceed with its study with enactment in mind,'' Mori said in a speech at a graduation ceremony at the National Defense Academy in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, on March 18.
