Mori arrives in Irkutsk
IRKUTSK, Russia - Japanese Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori arrives in the Siberian city of Irkutsk on March 24 for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on March 25. Mori said he hopes to lay the groundwork for future negotiations with Russia on a decades-old territorial dispute and a bilateral peace treaty when he meets with Putin.
