Isahaya Bay watergates to be opened
FUKUOKA, Japan - Photo taken March 22 shows the watergates at the Isahaya Bay land reclamation site in Kyushu that were opened for survey purposes. The farm ministry said March 27 it decided to open the gates, effectively putting on hold a project that local fishermen blame for destroying the seaweed industry.
