Mori misses Norwegian king's reception
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori returns to his official residence March 27 from a dinner with colleagues of his Liberal Democratic Party after canceling attendance at a reception hosted by visiting King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway. ''The main guest at the reception is the emperor. The prime minister does not necessarily have to attend. It does not constitute discourtesy to the Norwegian side,'' his secretary said.
