Popular singer Haruo Minami dies at 77
TOKYO, Japan - File photo shows popular singer Haruo Minami who died of prostate cancer at a Tokyo hospital on April 14 at the age of 77. He was best known for singing such songs as ''Tokyo Gorin Ondo'' (Tokyo Olympics Chorus) and ''Sekai no Kunikara Konnichiwa'' (Good Afternoon From Countries in the World), the theme song of the world exposition in Osaka in 1970.
