Japan issues video warning on foreign travel

TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows a screen of the video the Japanese Foreign Ministry has produced for alerting Japanese travelers to the mishaps and trouble they may face overseas when traveling independently. The ministry plans to play the video at Narita Airport, Kansai International Airport, and regional passport offices in time for the overseas travel rush during the ''Golden Week'' holidays in early May.
