2 day-care chain execs sent to prosecutors over baby's death
TOKYO, Japan - Masamitsu Maekawa (R), president of a nationwide day-care chain, is driven from Tokyo's Ikebukuro Police Station on June 25 to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office for questioning. The same day, police sent to the prosecutors Maekawa and Kozue Maedomari, a director of the company, on suspicion of negligence resulting in the death in March of a baby in their care.
