GENEVA, Switzerland - Copies of a document (pictured) at the Federal Archives Office in Berne, Switzerland, shows U.S. President Harry Truman told British Prime Minister Winston Churchill that the United States planned to drop only one atomic bomb on Japan during their talks in Potsdam, Germany in July 1945, one month before Japan suffered two attacks.
