Former unification minister Lim named presidential aide
SEOUL, South Korea - File photo shows former South Korean Unification Minister Lim Dong Won, who was named by President Kim Dae Jung as his special adviser for foreign policy Sept. 11. In his new ministerial-level post, Lim is expected to play a key role in conducting upcoming talks with North Korea.
