NTT DoCoMo to sell 3 handset models for 3G mobile service

TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows three handset models for the third-generation (3G) mobile phone service NTT DoCoMo Inc. will launch Oct. 1. The 3G service enables data transmission speeds of between 64 and 384 kilobits per second, six to 40 times faster than current i-mode handsets.
