Afghan envoy says new gov't should be set up under U.N. control
NEW YORK, United States - Afghan ambassador to the United Nations Ravan Farhadi speaks at a news conference in New York on Oct 11. The envoy of the anti-Taliban Northern Alliance said that a new Afghan government should be established under the supervision of the U.N. following the fall of the ruling Taliban.
