Koizumi gives whistling arrow to Bush
SHANGHAI, China - Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi (L) presents a whistling arrow to U.S. President George W. Bush in Shanghai on Oct. 20, when they met before the start of an Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum summit. At the beginning of their 45-minute discussion at a Shanghai hotel, Koizumi told Bush in English, ''I appreciate the fight (against) terrorism with determination and patience.''
