Okinawa unveils plans to spur tourism after terror attacks
NAHA, Japan - Transport Minister Chikage Ogi addresses a meeting of tourism and government officials in Naha on Nov. 4. The meeting discussed emergency plans to draw tourists back to Japan's southernmost prefecture of Okinawa after a marked decline in visitors since the terrorist attacks in the United States on Sept. 11.
