HANNO, Japan - Sweden's Annika Sorenstam kisses her cup after winning the Mizuno Classic golf tournament at the Musashigaoka Golf Course in Saitama Prefecture to claim the $162,000 first prize with a 13-under total of 203 in the 54-hole event. ''The swirling wind made it very difficult today. I tried to be patient and it paid off,'' the Swedish star said.
