Japanese aid arrives at Afghan refugee camp in Tajikistan
TOZALAQAI, Tajikistan - A Japanese Embassy staff sets up tents for Afghan refugees at the Tajik-Afghan border town of Tozalaqai on Nov. 8. It marks the first delivery of Japanese assistance for Afghan refugees in central Asia since the U.S.-led air strikes began in October.
