Taisei Fire collapses under Sept. 11 attack claims
TOKYO, Japan - Ichiro Ozawa (standing), president of Taisei Fire & Marine Insurance Co., bows at a news conference at the Bank of Japan's head office in Tokyo on Nov. 22.
