Japan to deport 4 Afghans denied refugee status
TOKYO, Japan - Afghan men meet the media in Tokyo on Nov. 27, 2001 after their applications for refugee status were turned down by the Japanese government. Japan plans to deport four of them on the grounds that the applicants ''lack credibility as refugees.''
