Cambodia's 1st bridge across Mekong River opens

KOMPONG CHAM, Cambodia - Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen stands on the newly completed ''Kizuna (Bond)'' Bridge over the Mekong River on Dec. 4, 2001. The building of the bridge, which links Cambodia's main road No. 7 to Vietnam, was financed by grand aid from the Japanese government.
