Construction firm Aoki files for court protection
OSAKA, Japan - Photo taken Dec. 6 shows the headquarters in Osaka of debt-swamped midsize construction company Aoki Corp. The company filed for protection from creditors the same day at the Tokyo District Court with consolidated debts of 500 billion yen.
