Russian Gadzhiev set to take charge at Sanfrecce Hiroshima
HIROSHIMA, Japan - Former Soviet Union assistant coach Gadzhi Gadzhiev poses at a Hiroshima hotel after being named manager of Sanfrecce Hiroshima Dec. 11. Gadzhiev, a member of the coaching team that led the Soviet Union to gold at the Seoul Olympics in 1988, will take over from fellow Russian Valery Nepomnyashchiy who resigned in November.
