Iwate lawyer accused of videotaping up girl's skirt

MORIOKA, Japan - Police have sent papers to prosecutors on Kunio Yamamura (file photo), a lawyer in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture, who is suspected of videotaping up the skirt of a teenage girl last November, the police said Jan. 7. Yamamura was the deputy leader of the Iwate prefectural bar association from April 2000 but resigned the post in December.
