TOKYO, Japan - Katsuhiko Nishimura, president of Shokusan Jutaku Sogo Co., a leading builder of custom-made houses, attends a news conference in Tokyo on Jan. 13 after the company filed for court protection from creditors the same day with unconsolidated liabilities of 13.5 billion yen.
