Starzen mislabeled pork products
TOKYO, Japan - Seiichi Uzurahashi, president of Starzen Co., Japan's largest dealer of domestic and imported meat, bows at a news conference in the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Ministry in Tokyo on Feb. 27. Uzurahashi admitted his company sold pork from inexpensive white pigs as that of black pigs in violation of the Japanese agricultural standard law.
