Starzen admits falsifying labels for beef and chicken

TOKYO, Japan - Seiichi Uzurahashi (R), president of Starzen Co., Japan's largest meat wholesaler, and the company's other executives bow at a news conference March 1 in Tokyo. They admitted fabricating labels for beef and chicken products in addition to fabricating labels for pork products, revealed Feb. 27.
