Plane makes emergency landing at Narita airport due to 'smoke'

NARITA, Japan - A Northwest Airlines (NWA) jumbo jet bound for Narita airport from Saipan made an emergency landing at the airport, east of Tokyo, on March after smoke was reportedly seen inside the plane. The Land, Infrastructure and Transport Ministry is investigating the cause of the smoke.
