Koizumi vows to families to settle abduction problem+
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi (L) listens at the prime minister's official residence in Tokyo on March 19 to an appeal by Hatsui Hasuike (2nd from R), whose 20-year-old son Kaoru disappeared in 1978 in Niigata Prefecture, for the government to solve the issue of the alleged abduction to North Korea of 11 Japanese.
