TOKYO, Japan - Former U.S. Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin (R) is greeted by Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi for talks at the premier's official residence March 20. Rubin told Koizumi that the Bank of Japan should set an inflation target to help fight deflation.
