4 Chinese men given fresh arrest warrant in theft

TOKYO, Japan - Displayed for the media at Itabashi Police Station in Tokyo on April 17 are wrist watches, jewerly, bags and personal computers which police say were stolen by four Chinese men from condomiums in Tokyo and Osaka. Wang Lin and three others, who had earlier been indicted on separate theft charges, have been given a fresh arrest warrant on suspicion of theft.
