(2)Dantani files for voluntary bankruptcy

KITAKYUSHU, Japan - Housing materials maker Dantani Corp. filed for voluntary bankruptcy with a district court April 19, leaving liabilities totaling 31.8 billion yen. Dantani, listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, said the Kokura branch of the Fukuoka District Court accepted the request and declared it bankrupt the same day.
