Man arrested over 'one-call' mobile phone scam

TOKYO, Japan - Police have arrested a man on suspicion of duping mobile phone owners by calling them without making a connection, then forcing them to pay for sexual and other voice messages when they call back the number, police said April 19. Tokyo's Azabu police seized the personal computers, phones, and other equipment seen in the photo as evidence in the case.
