Speed skater Horii officially announces retirement
SAPPORO, Japan - Speed skater Manabu Horii, who won a bronze medal in the men's 500-meters in the 1994 Lillehammer Winter Olympics, tells reporters at a hotel in Sapporo on April 21 that he will quit the rink.
