NTT DoCoMo to introduce cell phones with built-in cameras
TOKYO, Japan - NTT DoCoMo Inc. said May 28 it will begin a new service that allows users to transmit images taken with its mova SH251i mobile phones that have built-in cameras (shown in photo). The i-shot service and handsets will be launched June 1.
