Mazda CEO expects growth in European operations

TOKYO, Japan - Lewis Booth, the newly appointed chief executive officer of Mazda Motor Corp. speaks in an interview with Kyodo News in Tokyo on June 27. Booth said he expects the company's operations in Europe will move into the black in the 2002 business year for the first time in three years.
