TOKYO, Japan - Actress Yui Asaka, 32, speaks with members of the media in Tokyo on July 23 on her marriage with pop music drummer Takahiro Nishikawa, 39. She said the couple registered their marriage on July 21 but had no plans for a wedding ceremony.

The 24-year-old pop star and the 40-year-old dancer married in October 1997. Amuro gave birth to a baby boy in May 1998. The photo was taken at the time of their marriage in 1997.
