OTSU, Japan - A shattered sport-utility vehicle is put on a truck as policemen check the site where two men in the car died early July 28. The men were fleeing police when a train hit their vehicle at a JR Tokaido Line level crossing in Hikone, Shiga Prefecture. (Kyodo)
