N. Korea aims to cut perceived U.S. threats via Koizumi talks
TOKYO, Japan - Ukeru Magosaki (file photo), a professor of crisis management at National Defense Academy, says in an interview with Kyodo News on Aug. 30 that North Korea aims to reduce what it sees as U.S.-related threats via summit talks between Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi and North Korean leader Kim Jong Il on Sept. 17.
