IMF chief urges Japan to achieve stronger growth
TOKYO, Japan - International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Horst Koehler delivers a speech Sept. 10 at a Tokyo symposium commemorating the 50th anniversary of Japan's entry into the IMF and the World Bank.
