Nagoya teen begins junior high classes with wheelchair dog
NAGOYA, Japan - Takamasa Wada, a 13-year-old disabled at Hibitsu Junior High School in Nagoya's Nakamura Ward, attends a class on Sept. 19 with his wheelchair dog, trained to aid those with only upper-body mobility. Wada, who uses a wheelchair, is the second youngster among Japanese primary and lower secondary school students to have a helper dog. (Kyodo)
