NEC develops software to authenticate people's faces

TOKYO, Japan - NEC Corp. said Oct. 17 it has developed a software, called ''NeoFace'' (shown in photo), that analyzes several features of a person's face, distinguishes among individuals, and authenticates their identities. (Kyodo)
