Koizumi, Bush, Kim urge N. Korea to scrap nuke program

LOS CABOS, Mexico - South Korean President Kim Dae Jung (L), U.S. President George W. Bush (C), and Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi in Los Cabos, Mexico, on Oct. 26. after their talks. The three met on the sidelines of the annual summit of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum and agreed to launch a concerted effort to make North Korea promptly scrap its nuclear@weapons program.
