LDP's Matsunami wins Osaka lower house by-election

OSAKA, Japan - Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) candidate Kenta Matsunami (R), 31, rejoices in Osaka on Oct. 27 as the count shows him to be sure to win a by-election in the Osaka No. 10 constituency of the House of Representatives. Matsunami was also backed by New Komeito and the New Conservative Party. (Kyodo)
