NAGOYA, Japan - Graffiti debunking North Korean leader Kim Jong Il was found on the Aichi prefectural headquarters of the pro-Pyongyang General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) on Oct. 29, as Japanese and North Korean delegates resumed talks on normalization of relations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
