Elpida to seek 30 bil. yen in capital from 3 foreign firms
TOKYO, Japan - Yukio Sakamoto, new president of Elpida Memory Inc., a maker of dynamic random access memory (DRAM) chips, speaks about his firm's future business plans at a news conference in Tokyo on Nov. 1.
