TOKYO, Japan - Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officers arrive at the Tokyo house of a former head of the Japan Racing Association's (JRA) Kyoto racetrack Nov. 20 for investigations. The man is suspected of taking 1.6 million yen in bribes from the former president of a firm that makes prepaid cards. (Kyodo)
