2 Tokyo parks open special areas where dogs can run free
TOKYO, Japan - Dogs run free in a special area at Komazawa Olympic Park in Tokyo's Meguro Ward on Dec. 2. It is one of two parks run by the Tokyo metropolitan government which opened special areas for dog-lovers where they can let their animals run free. In parks operated by the metropolitan government, dogs have to be kept on leashes. (Kyodo)
