Body of American man found in Ibaraki Pref. port
CHIBA, Japan - A car in which the body of a man believed to be a U.S. citizen was found is carried for check to Nagareyama Police Station in Chiba Prefecture on Dec. 9. The car was salvaged from the sea near a harbor, based on testimony from two male friends of the victim, thought to be Yasushi Dustin Rutledge, 24, a resident of the city of Matsudo. (Kyodo)
