Shimizu wins 6th national sprint title

SAPPORO, Japan - Two-time Olympic medalist Hiroyasu Shimizu in action during the second round of the men's 500-meter race at the national speed skating sprint championships at Makomanai Ice Arena on Dec. 26. Shimizu completed a four-race sweep to win his sixth title at the national sprint. (Kyodo)
