TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken Jan. 7 shows the head office in Tokyo of Konica Corp. Konica and Minolta Co., two of Japan's leading camera and information equipment makers, are in the final stages of talks on integrating their businesses this summer under a holding company, a Konica official said the same day.
